Classes

CONTEMPORARY

Unlike classical ballet, contemporary often utilizes ground work and dancers .often perform in bare feet. The independence between dance and music, what it communicates is determined by the observer. Unpredictable movement with speed and changes in rhythm!

Hip-Hop/Street

Refers to social or choreographed dance styles primarily danced to hip-hop music. This class will explore different elements of choreography as well as incorporating other dance styles to give this class an edge.

Jazz

This class will move across & have center floor combinations. Dancers are encouraged to add their own personality to make each step unique and fun. The use of improvisation, turns, syncopated movement, and isolations are very important.

Ballet

A classical dance form demanding grace, precision, and employing formalized steps. Gestures set in intricate, flowing patterns to create expression through movement.

Acrobatics (Acro)

AcroDance is the beautiful fusion of the artistic motion of dance and the athleticism of acrobatics. AcroDance is not the same as gymnastics. Skills taught in AcroDance might look the same as gymnastics, but they are taught differently to compensate for the conditions. Neither the "AcroDance" way or the "Gymnastics" way are wrong, but they are different.

Leaps & Turns

This is a fun high energy class that is equipped to enhance and improve your technique when dealing with turns and jumps.
